Relaxing at the Spa...baby style

Audrey's belly button fell off today. So I decided she was ready for the big tub. She LOVED it! We have jet's in the tub so I cranked them up and she was so relaxed. I think bath time will be a hit! I am so thankful she likes bath time...Miss Lauren was the worlds worst at getting a bath...thank you Lord for giving me a baby who likes the bath tub..

And to top it off, my mom is a massage therapist, and Audrey got a massage after her bath...She was loving it!

Lauren's graduation

Last night was Lauren's K-3 graduation. She was beautiful. The program was great and the kids were too cute!

Sista's

The girls are so happy with their little sister. They just love her! Especially little Lauren, she must give her 100 kisses a day! Tonight, Lauren was talking to her above her head and Audrey was looking up to look at her..it was SO cute. The girls have done really well with her. They are taking all the changes gracefully. The biggest change has been the one on one attention...the girls have not been getting that from me, and I miss them. Tonight we read a story in the their bed and snuggled for a few minutes...I know it is just a season, and that things change, I just dont want the girls to think my love for them has changed...I have really been trying to balance everything.

Miss Audrey Kayann Simmons

Born 4/17/08 at 2:38pm and weighed 8lbs and was 20inches long.

Delivery was oh so amazing...I know delivery and amazing should not be in the same sentence, but it is! God is so good! I was induced. I went in at 7am, and the doctor came in @ 8:30 and broke my water. At that time I was almost at 4. By 1:30 they called the Dr and told him I was about an 8. He came over about 2:15 or so and jokingly said lets see if we have a head..he lifted up the sheet to check me and sure enough, her head was crowning...he said dont move I will be right back and dashed out of the room to go change his clothes. All the sudden the room turned into a shogun kitchen...nurses flying around trying to get everything ready. The doctor comes back in and is getting his gloves and mask put on, meanwhile the nurses are dropping the bed and start to pull me down to the edge of the bed when the doctor says, don't move, don't breathe, she is coming out....everyone is rushing even more, finally he sits down and says push...I did not even have to push, it was a grunt, and there was her head and one more grunt and there she was...
