Eyes Like Moses

When I took Audrey in for her one month, her DR. was concerned about her eyes crossing a little too much, so off to the specialist we went....

The days between the appointments, we took the word, and stood on it...The bible talks about Moses who had great vision even at an old age..thankful God is not a respecter of persons...if Moses' eyes were strong even at an old age, then so will Audrey's...and the word says that by HIS strips we are healed...so we prayed over her and we have just been confessing the word over her...and thanking God she has strong healthy eyes...

....Audrey praising the Lord in her sleep.....

Well today we took her to the Dr and we got a great report. The doctor says her eyes look "wonderful" just where they should be for her age!

Audrey's eyes wonderfully made by God...

(I know the photo is sideways, but it kept uploading this way...if any one knows why please tell me...the photo is not this way in my albums...frustrating...)

The devil has really tried to attack this little girl with all kinds of aliments...and every time...we have stood on the word and seen God work....I do not know the plans for this little girl, but I know who does, and it must be BIG!

In the beginning, the doctor said I was miscarrying, that my levels were too low...so we stood on the word and 2 days letter, the levels more than tripled, then I had a lot of bleeding early on and once again, it was thought I would miscarry...I stood on the word, told the Devil just where he could go, and commanded him to get his hands off my daughter...I used my authority..and every time I would see the blood, I would just praise God that she is strong and healthy in a strong womb...and then the bleeding finally stopped..and I never had another problem....then they said that her left ventricle on her heart was not right, again we stood on the word, and at the next test, everything was wonderful! Now with her eyes, and once again we stood on the word and she is healed! It really moves me to see God at work! I am so thankful to be a child of God and KNOW MY AUTHORITY!

Smiley Baby part B
Here are some more pictures of little Audrey smiling...she is such a happy baby!

Audrey all smiles...this is such a great picture of her!
(Again, I know it is sideways, but I have tried and tried to get it to upload the right way and during upload it keeps turning...UGH!)

Fun Summer

That is just what the girls say when we get in the pool...the love it! I have to say, the kid in me is coming out and I find myself wanting to get in just as much as they do! I think if Faith could, she would swim from sun up to sun down! Lauren loves it too, but after a while she is done, let me rephrase that...after a lOOONG while...

Even dad gets in the pool...and he likes it too! The girls love it when he gets in. He picks them up and throws them in the pool...which is there favorite thing to do!

We are all starting to get a little tan...praise the Lord, it is embarrassing to say I am from Florida, yet look like an albino Oklahoman...

My hubby even worked on the yard around the pool. He put some nice stepping stones surround by rock and added some new plants around the patio...yeah! We even got some lights...one for looks and two the bugs...

Anyways here are some pics of the family enjoying the pool...Even little Tinkerbell went for a swim. It was so funny...she is fast on the land and sea...

We had to get out so I put Audrey in some jeans and a hat...she was too cute to miss the photo moment...

Drink, drink, drink

That is just what the pool did...it took almost 5000 gallons to filler up...Yip, that is almost the amount of what we use a month...I guess the bill will just about double this month..oh well...the price you must pay to have fun!

Here are some pictures of the girls, they had so much fun while the pool was filling up...Faith would run then slide on her knees. Lauren laid in the water like a mermaid, until the water got fuller...I think this is going to be a great summer and loads and loads of fun...stay tuned, more pool pictures to come soon! I cant wait to get a tan!

The Simmons' have officially become Coweta Rednecks

We Got OURSELVES a SWIMMING POOL

The summer is here, and it has brought with it the Oklahoma sun...and it is hot. The girls have been taking swim lessons for 2 months now and we decided it was time to get a pool...nothing fancy...just a redneck pop up pool, as I like to call them. Here are some pictures of us putting it up!

Getting the ground ready

Daddy and Faith workin' on it

Baby Faith

Since I have told you all that little Audrey looks SO much like Faith, I thought I would post some baby pictures of Faith and then some of Lauren. Then you all can decide just who you think she looks like...

This is just a free one...I had forgot about this picture...it was such a good one..

Baby Lauren

Lauren's baby picture look TOTALLY different than what she looks like now..but we will see if any of you see any Lauren in Audrey.. PS all the pictures of Lauren are 2 months or younger...can you believe all the hair on this kid...After looking through the pics I see more of Lauren in Audrey than I thought.

From tears to Showers of fun...

As the girls are getting older, we are trying to allow them to do more, especially their hygiene. They both love baths, but do not like the shower. So today I told them they had to take a shower, and I got my usually crying. But Miss Faith asked if they could do it by themselves, and I said sure...they just thought that was so cool! So the tears went away and go to bathe themselves...they had a blast!

The Pea in the Pod

\

So I never said, so much for never said...anyways. I was never thrilled with the idea of having something strapped on to me so I could tote my kid around, until now. I found these cool slings, called hotslings, and I must say I love it and so does she. I found them online and ordered it, but the other day while in Target, I saw that they are now caring the same brand. Anyways, Audrey at first was not having it, then I tried her again in a few weeks, and lets just say the pictures tell it all! She absolutely loves it! In this picture, we were actually going for a walk, the whole family! Anyway, so much for never....
Okay as for the hair...lets just say I know it needs work...and i got it done..yeah! I love the blonde, but it it too high maintenance for this busy mom, so back to brown I went...I will post a picture of me with my new hair soon...I need to take a picture of me on a day I have my hair and my face done at all the same time..haha...like that happens much!
